• Are your products composed of genuine leather?

Yes our products are composed of “Top Grain Genuine Cow Leather”, the type that is generally used in high end leather products.

• Where is your store (outlet)?

Vintage Street is an online brand stationed on the World Wide Web. We do not have any physical store or outlet anywhere in Pakistan.

• Can you send me the “out of studio” pictures of your product? let’s say the ones taken in natural daylight?

Yes, you may send a request for out of studio photos of a particular product or products via WhatsApp and you will receive the pictures with 24 hours.

• When I receive the product by courier will I be able to examine it before paying for it?

No. The courier companies by policy do not allow the customers to open the boxes before paying for the products. However since we are based in Lahore, Pakistan, if you are ordering from Lahore, a physical examination facility of the product may be furnished upon request. Off course you can choose to return it in case you do not like the product after examination without having to pay anything. For customers outside Lahore we are bound to rely on courier companies and have no control over their policies.

• What if I do not like the product after receiving it?

You can choose to return the product within three days. The product should not be damaged or tempered with in any way. Once you choose to return it just inform us via phone or WhatsApp. As soon as you send us the pic of the courier company dispatch slip, you will receive your full amount plus shipping charges by easy paisa.

At the moment we are the only online company in Pakistan offering this facility, courtesy to the confidence developed by the appreciation and trust of our honorable customers.

• Can I get the shipment delivered outside Pakistan?

Yes you can get your shipment delivered to several countries across the globe. The shipping charges and port taxes shall be borne by the customers the details of which will be emailed to them once they inquire about a certain product. Please contact our customer services via email or WhatsApp if you are ordering from abroad.

• Can I get it delivered at my preferred address in Pakistan while I am not there?

Yes you can get it delivered anywhere in Pakistan. Someone should receive it on your behalf. You may choose to pay by visa or master card for this purpose. Shipping within the country’s borders is free of cost.
